Projects
Recreational Area
Construction
Lincolnville, Maine
This recreation area was a project we took on for a local business. Although outside the norm for the types of projects we normally take on, it proved to be a lot of fun to assemble and watch it take shape. It included horseshoe pits, a commercial grade play set, a pavilion for picnic lunches, and a volleyball and basketball court.
Rockport Village Home
Renovation
Rockport, Maine
This home, positioned in the heart of Rockport Village, was a months long renovation that left very little of the home unattended to. The home, left vacant for several years, was in dire need of a vision with a plan to execute. We started working closely with the new owner on the design features they envisioned for the home while they were still working out the deal for the purchase.

Once Shoreland permitting was in place the original cottage was removed. The new cottage was expanded within the guidelines of the shoreland zoning limitations. The details the client had us incorporate into the new cottage made it into a fun destination for a weekend to enjoy the water.
