This completed project is the result of honest collaboration, careful listening, and a commitment to quality throughout. We worked side by side with the clients, their architect, and their engineer, making sure every detail reflected what mattered most to them.

This home sits on a cherished family estate, reached by a winding drive that opens onto sweeping fields—a setting that feels welcoming, special, and most importantly, truly like home. The design brings together craftsman and cottage styles, creating open, light-filled rooms that feel comfortable and inviting. The kitchen, spacious and thoughtfully finished, is the heart of the home and perfect for gatherings with family and friends.

One of the most meaningful touches is the use of attic floorboards reclaimed from the estate's original house—over 200 years old. These boards now form part of the great room beams, fireplace shelf, and hutch drawer fronts, connecting the new home to its history and giving it a sense of heritage that's truly unique. Brazilian Cherry hardwood was chosen for the staircase, complementing the elegant flooring throughout the house.

We also created custom built-ins for the master closet, laundry room, entry space, and mezzanine niche, blending style with everyday practicality. Upstairs, the guest room features a pull-down Murphy bed that tucks away neatly, making the most of the space without sacrificing comfort.
