Camden Ocean Home

This home, largely untouched since its construction in the 1970s, has undergone an extensive transformation. We opened up the living spaces by removing walls and installing large glass doors facing the ocean, allowing natural light to flood in and making the most of the views. The bathrooms, powder room, guest bath, and master bath—with a walk-in shower—were all thoughtfully updated for comfort and style. A new kitchen was installed, designed to be both functional and welcoming.

To improve efficiency, we added insulation throughout the property. Engineered hardwood flooring was laid across all rooms, providing a seamless and elegant finish. The mechanical systems were upgraded, and new interior lighting was introduced to brighten every space. For enhanced living, we integrated a home audio system, upgraded the heating system, and installed a whole-house water filtration system. The exterior was also enhanced with landscape lighting, ensuring the home is as inviting outside as it is within.
