This home, primarily untouched since built in the 70's, received an extensive renovation. Walls were removed to open the spaces, large glass doors installed facing the ocean, updated bathrooms, new kitchen, updated powder room, updated guest bath, updated master bath with walk in shower, added insulation for better efficiency, engineered hardwood flooring throughout, updated mechanicals, much needed updated interior lighting to brighten all the spaces, an integrated home audio system, heating system upgrades, a whole house water filtration system and some added exterior landscape lighting.
